Come with or without your baby, meet other moms, and have fun while getting back into fighting shape after giving birth. This unique class includes a specific combination of strength training, low impact cardio, flexibility, pelvic and core conditioning especially for post-natal mothers. Class size limited to 12.
We know that losing the weight is much more than just attending classes. That’s why we take a holistic approach to helping you reach your goals by offering a postnatal program that provides extra support in and out of class.

Before engaging in any postpartum exercise routine please be sure you have obtained clearance from your doctor and have had your 6 week postpartum exam.
