All personal training sessions come with an initial complimentary fitness & needs assessment and postural analysis. After your assessment, we discuss your personal needs and goals. Then with your feedback we design a cutting edge routine that not only suites your lifestyle and fitness level but gets results.

All packages come with complimentary take home routines. Discounted upgrades for our weight management program are also available and  online fitness routines can be provided for clients that travel or have a limited schedule at no extra cost.
